DescriptionThe Operations Excellence Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day activities of the project delivery from Sales to Ops Handover and the remaining stages of our project lifecycle ( implementation, execution and completion).As part of the leadership team in the Field Operations Group, the OEM works closely with the Project Management teams to achieve high standards of service delivery throughout the life of short, medium and long-term projects. This position provides support and an escalation point in the management of all aspects of service delivery to a variety of remote project worksites, domestic and international. This position may serve as the direct supervisor to field providers on the projects under their responsibility and serves as their primary escalation point of contact for all job-related inquiries. The Operations Excellence Manager reports to the Regional Operations Director on all key project activities to include operational execution, operational challenges, QHSE factors and financial highlights.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:Responsible for service delivery to a wide range of international operations, both onshore and offshore.Responsible for strategic financial performance and budgets adherence.Weekly written reporting on staffing and project status to senior leadership and executive team.Engagement with key stakeholders (Sales, Clinical, HSE, Supply Chain, TA, & HR) to maximize performance throughout all stages of our project lifecycle (planning, implementation, delivery and close-out).Often act as the primary account manager (if a client does not has an account manager) of key clients and to ensure contractual obligations are metQuality management of service delivery for all phases of the project life cycle from initial planning through implementation and close-out.Responsible for development and enforcement of procedures to ensure the highest possible level of performance, accuracy and compliance with Company's procedures and in line with industry standards.Responsible for ongoing performance management, development and training of all project support staff, including annual reviews. This includes identifying and pursuing educational opportunities that may benefit themselves and their team.Managing project planning, including risk analysis, implementation, execution, and completion.Liaising with project management teams to ensure an adequate bench of field staff candidates for current and future projects is maintained.Work with client's operational points of contact to gather feedback and ensure competent job performance of project field providers.Proactively identify new and current project staffing needs, working closely with HR, Talent Acquisition and the Clinical Governance team to screen and hire field staff on an ongoing basis.Assist in establishing systems and processes for increased operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.Plan and coordinate annual meetings, continuing education opportunities, and skills evaluations for medical staff as needed and within budget.Review reports, identifies and implements quality improvement opportunities.Serve as an emergency backup for Regional Operations Director and NSA Field Operations group.Provide after hours coverage for emergency response within the NSA Field Operations group.Actively engage with sales department on project opportunities and sales leads to prepare for project implementationCollaborate with Talent Acquisition on priority project opportunities and current job postings to appropriately target intended audiencesCollaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition on field staff referral bonusesReview and approve all departmental and field staff payroll in UltiPro (twice monthly)Be engaged with other departments in identifying, vetting and implementing
