This position is an on-site role based out of our Seattle, WA office. About you The Operations Coordinator works closely with the Operations Manager to oversee the effective running of the office operations. The role is responsible for providing proactive and professional general office administrative support to the Operations Team. In this role, you will... Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager including calendar management, developing and editing presentations, printing, filing and other tasks as assigned. Support local office events (i.e. ordering food, tables, chairs, etc. for the event and possibly attending). Manage and monitor the inventory of office and kitchen supplies. Assist with reception coverage, and associated duties, when required. Coordinate communications, schedules and information flow between departments. Develop meeting agendas, take and distribute minutes and track action items. Manage approvals for expense reports and credit card reconciliations, while keeping the team updated on travel and corporate policies. What you'll bring 3+ years of Office Administration experience. Proficient in intermediate functions including MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint. Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Pursuant to the laws regarding job postings where the position is located in, Colliers is disclosing the following information: Area/Location Specific: Seattle, WA (Onsite) Approximate Hourly Range for this Role: $26.00 to $31.25 Our hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan, which includes an employer match. Employees will also receive 10 days of sick leave and a minimum of 15-days vacation annually.
