YOUR ROLE

  • Responsible for growing profitable volume, distribution and share of products at the Costco account for Henkel National Brands and Private Label.

  • Develop a strategic partnership with Costco Corporate Buying Team that delivers on both Henkel's net sales, profitability, and market share targets as well as Costco's objectives and requirements.

  • Build an in-depth knowledge and understanding of Costco's corporate strategies.

  • Works with Henkel's local and corporate teams to leverage knowledge that drives winning solutions.

  • Collaborates across the internal commercial team both within sales (category management, net revenue management, sales strategy) and across other internal stakeholders (marketing, demand planning, finance, etc.) to build insight-led, profitable, and strategic growth plans.

  • Comfortable negotiating and ensuring delivery of agreed upon metrics.

  • Manage supply chain initiatives through S&OP process to optimize gross sales, profitability, and new opportunities.

  • Builds and maintains a strategic and transformational relationships with all key stakeholders at Costco.

  • Develop customized programs designed to drive profitable volume while owning sales forecasting ensuring accuracy and data integrity.

  • Expert in creating selling stories/presentation to influence positive outcomes.

YOUR SKILLS

  • 5-years of experience in Consumer Products Industry.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Time management skills, able to prioritize multiple tasks.

  • Develop solutions to a variety of complex problems.

  • Strong analytical skills, able to interpret and action data with fact-based selling skills.

  • Excel and PowerPoint skills

This is a hybrid role. The salary for this role is $120,000.00- $170,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
