Mobile Commercial HVAC Engineer - $30 - $36/hr

As a Mobile Commercial HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for operating, inspecting, and maintaining all HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems in assigned facilities. You will assure the equipment is maintained efficiently, and safely, and downtime is minimized through proactive repairs and record-keeping. You will perform ongoing preventive and repair work orders on facility systems, equipment, and components. In addition, you will maintain compliance with State, County, or City Ordinances, Codes, or Laws and attend periodic training seminars to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Required:

• Minimum of 2+ years of HVAC Skills on commercial units. Handyman skills - Plumbing, electrical (limited), fit and finish

• Universal CFC, EPA 608, HVAC/R (any will suffice)

• NOTE: An EL or EL trainee card is required

• Experience working in commercial facilities - churches, retail, banks, malls, warehouses, office buildings, etc.

• Proficiency in CMMS technology for work order management

• Handyman skills - Plumbing, electrical, fit and finish.

• Ability to perform on-call duties (rare, as needed)

• Strong knowledge of building automation systems and fire/life safety systems

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to lift 80 lbs.

• Drug and Background screening (including Marijuana)

• HS Diploma or GED

• Valid driver's license (relatively clean driving record)
