This role is part of the Lunar Permanence business unit, which develops Blue Origin's multiple Blue Moon lander product lines. To further Blue Origin's mission of having millions of people living and working in space, we are building sustainable infrastructure for our transport of crew and cargo from Earth to the lunar surface. Our MK2 Crew Lander mission will demonstrate the lander's core capabilities - including the privately funded BE-7 landing engine, precision landing sensors, and integrated power and propulsion architecture - as a precursor to certifying the vehicle for use by NASA as part of the Artemis lunar exploration program. The team building this vehicle is rethinking how space systems are designed, with a high-performance architecture, efficient reusability, and rapid design iteration. As part of a hardworking team of diverse specialists, technicians, and engineers, you will work to design, analyze, build, test, integrate, deliver, and operate fluids and propulsion subsystems on Lunar landers. Special Mentions Relocation provided Occasional travel up to 15% of the time 1st Shift: 8am - 5pm Interviews will include a technical assessment Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide product leadership to develop, build, test and deliver a complete Lunar Lander Fluids and Propulsion system for MK2 vehicle Manage the technical configuration of the Fluids and Prop subsystem to balance scope, schedule and cost to successfully deliver the subsystem Define plans to meet contractual and customer deliverables. Work directly with customers to understand their requirements, concerns and opportunities. Provide direct line leadership to a team of senior responsible engineers, lead systems engineers, and project management staff. This is people manager position with 8-12 direct reports. Manage progress of the collaborative team toward the objectives, manage requirement and scope changes Manage cost and schedule performance. Communicate performance, risks, opportunities and recommend changes to improve Ensure delivery of program and contractual level products. Selectively engage in solving emergent program level issues that impact program success Work with suppliers and Blue Origin groups to coordinate delivery of hardware to meet vehicle schedules and program milestones Mentor the team to foster technical expertise, project management acumen, and high standards This position reports to the Fluids and Propulsion Integrated Product Team Lead. Qualifications: B.S. in Engineering or related technical subject area 15+ years of experience in complex project and program management Experience with fluids hardware, cryogenic/two phase liquid systems Demonstrated ability to lead people (direct line and influentially) Track record of delivering integrated products, on schedule and in budget Excellent verbal, written, and graphical communication skills Ability to e
