This experienced Business and Enterprise Architect role is responsible for managing a team specialized in the implementation of Microsoft D365 Power Platform. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business and Enterprise Manager who possesses extensive expertise in Microsoft technologies, specifically Power Platform. As a vital member of our organization, you will be responsible for offering strategic guidance and technical leadership in the design, development, and implementation of business and enterprise architecture solutions. Your client-facing role will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing business requirements, and harnessing the capabilities of Microsoft Power Platform to drive innovation, optimize processes, and facilitate digital transformation with our clients. Moreover, this role will also encompass conducting industry-specific research to identify trends and opportunities for technological innovation, utilizing a value network analysis and information mapping approach. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in end-to-end system design, encompassing value analysis and solution designs. Additionally, this position will require leveraging knowledge of Microsoft .NET, C#, and other Microsoft Stack languages and tools to design, develop, and integrate our clients' new and existing systems. The candidate will also be responsible for providing application support and training, while adhering to RSM's software development lifecycle (SDLC) policy. Effective communication skills are essential, as you will need to explain highly technical topics to clients in a clear and understandable manner. Furthermore, you will contribute to the growth of our practice by identifying and responding to market opportunities and client needs.
