The Largest E-Commerce Company headquartered in Seattle, Wa is seeking a Risk Investigator!

Description:

We are looking for an Investigations Specialist to join the team. This individual will be required to validate reviews and deep dive investigations and products to ensure that customers receive authentic and safe products in the condition they expected ensuring a trusted shopping experience. The right person for this role is someone with strong judgment and ownership who can deliver results in a fast-paced highly ambiguous environment and identify and drive long-term solutions.

The Investigations Specialist will work in partnership with Product Management and business teams to gather requirements to implement proactive measures and work on a feedback loop to improve accuracy both through decision quality and business continuity continuously. This person will play a key role in identifying stakeholder concerns identifying defects pulling data analyzing trends and providing the best solution and way forward. Being able to identify patterns in defects ability to deep dive sellers handle escalations and an eye for detail will make you successful at this job.

Qualifications

  • Excellent performance record in current position

  • Demonstrates excellent analytical and problem-solving skills detail detail-oriented superior written and verbal communication skills.

  • Extremely organized

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions where the outcome may not always be black and white.

  • Ability to manage time effectively and independently and prioritize multiple tasks

  • The investigation process requires knowledge of the Internet and the use of tools and includes communicating with customers via e-mail.

  • The candidate for this position must be prepared to be flexible with working hours and work Saturdays and/or Sundays
