ConsultingMedicare SpecialistWho You'll Work WithYou'll join one of our US offices and work with our McKinsey's Healthcare Practice colleagues across North America.Our healthcare practice is home to 500+ colleagues in North America consisting of consultants, experts, technologists, and operational leaders. We come together, often as blended teams to work with payors, providers and services companies in both public and private sectors.Our practice is organized around service lines (or "domains"), which house intellectual property and expert practitioners on segments of the healthcare industry. Examples of our domains include: Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, Medical Care Management, Service Operations, and others.What You'll DoYou will maintain deep, specialized expertise in Medicare topics (e.g. product & pricing, sales & distribution, Stars, risk revenue, operations) and use that expertise to solve problems and serve as trusted advisor to clients to create change and lasting impact.You will work in different projects, at first one project at a time, alongside a small team of colleagues. We engage at a deep level across our clients' businesses, working to build the capabilities, systems, and processes needed to deliver sustainable impact.
