Job Description
The Media Supervisor owns strategic planning and campaign execution for an assigned client. This is a client facing position that focuses on planning and strategy for online and offline media, requiring the Media Supervisor to independently generate strategic insights for the campaigns in their portfolio and oversee the implementation of campaigns with the support of the Groupe sister agencies. This role will manage client specific requirements, providing expertise in optimization strategies and guidance on best practices related to client communication. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with online media planning/strategy (including: OTT/ CTV, Audio, Display/ Native, OLV, Paid Social, Paid Search, Digital Out of Home, eCommerce), campaign management, strong analytical and communication skills. The Media Supervisor must possess a strong inner drive to contribute.
Role Objectives:
Channel Strategy
Maintain a level of understanding with marketplace trends, competitive trends, target trends
Accurate management of client budgets and media buys
Work with media planners and activation teams to ensure accurate campaign implementation
Troubleshoot supply issues on all pre-production and live campaigns
Develop best practices for inventory solutions/new channels and regularly communicate out to the larger media planning team
Contribute to and shepherd the measurement strategy through ongoing reporting and optimizations
Meet with, vet inventory, and advance channel partners
Strong negotiation skills
Identify case study potential for key opportunities and lead creation with media buyers/planners
Qualifications
3-5+ years of Media Planning and Media Strategy experience is required
Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills
Excellent communication and writing skills
Strong project and time management skills
Strong desire to contribute to a team
Solid managerial skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions, specifically Excel and Microsoft PPT
Proficiency in syndicated planning tools including, but not limited to, MRI/ Simmons, Vivvix, and Pathmatics
Experience within Prisma or MediaOcean
Strong negotiation skills
Multi-cultural planning a plus

Compensation Range: $70,000 - 105,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
