Job Description:
As a Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the manufacturing processes for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing manufacturing processes and procedures to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Conducting feasibility studies and evaluating manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.
Designing and implementing new production methods, equipment, and systems to enhance productivity and quality.
Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve manufacturing issues.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure seamless manufacturing operations.
Monitoring manufacturing metrics such as equipment utilization, labor ratios, and production efficiency to identify opportunities for improvement.
Create factory simulations using FlexSim or a similar product.
Conducting data analysis and interpretation to drive informed decision-making and process optimization.
Implementing strategies to maximize equipment utilization and minimize downtime.
Developing and implementing labor optimization strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize manufacturing-related risks.
Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve manufacturing performance.
Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Documenting manufacturing processes, procedures, and changes for reference and future improvement initiatives.
