Material Handler
Pay: $20-$22/hr
Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm M-F
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Material Handler to join our team. You will be responsible for picking orders, maintaining ERP accuracy, documenting scrap and material changes, and ensuring production has ample raw materials. This role involves material preparation, primarily cutting fabrics and plastics to set dimensions, and analyzing production data to identify areas for improvement.
Responsibilities
Pick orders at
Maintain ERP accuracy when transacting parts into work in process (WIP).
Document scrap and material changes to maintain stock and order accuracy
Ensure production has ample raw material to maintain on-time builds
Prepare materials, mainly cutting fabrics and plastics to set dimensions
Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement
Help identify and implement process improvements throughout the company
Be on your feet throughout the workday and lift up to 50 lbs.
Essential Skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Word
Inventory management and accuracy
Ability to pull material to fulfill orders properly
Experience using a forklift and pallet jacks is a plus
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
