This includes managing and assisting with the overall coordination, collaboration, and preparation of marketing and business development content, collateral, proposals, and presentations. This position is virtual and will cover Americas (U.S. & Canada) business platform.Job DescriptionResponsibilities: Lead and manage business development process for procurement driven proposals from commencement to material completion, interfacing directly with leadership and fee earners throughout the processResponsible for finding, writing and updating the content; and edits/updates on proposals and presentationsDeliver final, clean pitch and/or presentation contentEnsure best practice sharing and adoption across pitch and/or proposal collateralKey Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in journalism, English, marketing or public relations3+ years of experienceBackground in B2B proposal writing and/or business development marketingExceptional written communication skillsStrong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills. Must have the ability to balance multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.Self-motivated approach with the ability to take initiative but works well in group environment.Proficiency in Microsoft suite (including PowerPoint)Cushman & Wakefield provides equal employment opportunity.
