We're looking for an experienced Marketing Operations Manager to support the Marketing & Comms Strategy & Ops team at Pinterest. Our newly formed Marketing Deal Desk team is responsible for managing responsible investments for Pinterest's Marketing + Communications (M&C) team, and we are currently seeking a diligent and strategic Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. This role is designed for an operational professional who thrives in building new processes, strives for efficiency, and enjoys working in a highly cross-functional environment. This team sits within our Marketing + Comms Central Operations team and will be responsible for operational rigor across the team, beyond deal desk responsibilities. What you'll do: Collaborate with the Central Ops team to track, monitor, and report on all budgets, forecasts, Statements of Work (SOWs), invoices, purchase orders, and actual expenditures for all Marketing and Communication projects, ensuring accuracy and accountability. Administer and input SOWs and contracts into internal systems, manage approval flows, oversee the creation of purchase orders, monitor invoices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in accounting, finance, procurement, and purchasing as needed. Create and maintain documentation, playbooks, training materials, and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent and efficient operations for various operations across the organization. Analyze data, gather feedback, identify operational pain points, spot opportunities for process improvements, recommend at-scale strategic solutions, and lead the execution of internal process improvement initiatives aimed at inspiring change across our teams. What we're looking for: 4+ years of experience in marketing operations or equivalent experience. Must be a self-starter with a strong bias towards action who is able to move projects along independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as impeccable attention to detail. Experience creating process efficiency and suggesting improvements for ways to work smarter. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across multiple cross-functional teams, disciplines, and time zones.
