Marketing Manager II Position Overview The Marketing Manager II will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive growth and enhance brand visibility. This role focuses on managing affiliate marketing programs, handling business agreements, and ensuring effective project management across marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
- Manage and optimize affiliate marketing programs to increase revenue
- Negotiate and oversee business agreements with partners and vendors
- Coordinate marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand standards
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance marketing efforts and drive performance
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing management or a related role
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing and managing business agreements
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
