Ads across the Facebook family of apps and services make it easy for businesses to find people who'll be interested in their products and services and for people to discover brands they'll love. Our goal is that every ad we show brings a safe and meaningful experience for the person seeing it and for the advertiser running it.We're looking for an experienced, savvy and energetic marketing expert, who is passionate about the role Facebook plays in ensuring our platforms are safe, valuable places for both people and brands, to join our Global Business Marketing team. The successful candidate will develop and execute the outbound marketing strategy to support critical brand safety and integrity efforts for advertisers, agencies and industry bodies. This person will have the ability to think creatively, to simplify complex concepts and to collaborate with cross-functional partners across the company, such as Policy, Comms, Legal, Community Integrity and Product Marketing, to create marketing POVs, narratives, messaging, collateral, digital communications and more. We're looking for a strategic thinker, a storyteller and a proactive self-starter with a track record of resilience under pressure. Having a solid understanding of the digital advertising industry, including how societal pressures and the changing ads ecosystem impact brands is a must. Experience working with agencies or industry bodies is a plus.

Required Skills:

  1. Help set the business marketing strategy to support Safety & Integrity initiatives globally and to educate, inspire and enable clients and the industry

  2. Develop the outbound marketing strategy for Brand Safety & Suitability launches and execute with compelling, integrated marketing content (e.g., POVs, narratives, messaging, presentations, guides, product collateral, videos, digital, etc.)

  3. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to leverage and scale work via major marketing moments, campaigns and channels to reach relevant audiences and/or markets

  4. Stay abreast of breaking news and trends in the advertising industry

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS degree in business, communications, journalism, marketing or similar

  2. 10+ years of experience in marketing or advertising, including account planning, strategic planning, communications planning, marketing comms or product marketing

  3. Knowledge and energy about the digital advertising industry

  4. Experience synthesizing complex technology products and client needs into simple, powerful stories and messages

  5. Thrives in a rapid, ambiguous and high-pressure environment

  6. Proven project management experience and prioritization skills

  7. Experience balancing multiple projects in a highly matrixed organization

  8. Experience with Google Workspace (G Suite) and PowerPoint
