Job summaryAmazon Kids+ is looking for a customer-obsessed, results-driven Marketing Manager to drive new customer acquisition and discoverability of Amazon Kids+ across Amazon-owned channels.They will optimize the customer experience through building and promoting a high volume of popular kids' content across a variety of product surfaces (Fire Tablet, Fire TV, Echo, Kindle, etc). They will work with industry publishers to ensure the content is presented with quality and accuracy, is current and relevant, and meets a high-quality bar to interest a wide range of customers and acquire new customers.Key job responsibilitiesThe right person is a self-started, cross-functional, results-driven marketer who can drive a promotional merchandising strategy and execution for partners, content launches and for site wide events like Holiday. You will work closely with product and marketing to create, test and track campaign performance and optimize our merchandising experiences. You will hold a high bar for execution and measurement, and will define success metrics and refine processes to scale.In this position, candidates will:* Plan, coordinate, and execute merchandising initiatives to grow the subscriber base for Amazon Kids+.* Own digital campaigns from end to end and partner across internal teams: manage targeting and segmentation, messaging, content and design, planning and execution as well as reporting on individual campaign results and identify opportunities for efficiency.* Develop and analyze performance metrics by continuously A/B testing for content and channel optimization. Articulate these into written narratives to drive business decisions.A day in the life* Manage a variety of merchandising and outbound marketing efforts across various device types (Fire Tablet, Fire TV, etc.)* Execute, optimize and report on all channels that you own.* Coordinate asset creation with external agencies, including static and video.* Utilize A/B testing to inform channel optimizations and drive channel strategy* Analyze performance metrics and articulate these into written narratives to weekly business reviews.About the teamAmazon Kids+ is an all-in-one subscription for kids that offers unlimited access to thousands of kid-friendly books, movies, TV shows, educational apps, and games. Amazon Kids+ is available on Fire Tablets, Echo, Fire TV, Android, iOS, and Kindle devices.The Acquisition Marketing team, is focused on efforts that drive the growth of Kids+ subscriptions through exciting and engaging marketing campaigns, channel marketing, promotions, and marketing best practices.* 5+ years of B2C marketing experience.* BS in Business, Marketing or related field.* Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.* Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.* Experience in A/B testing.* Excellent project management skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.* Superior verbal and written communication skills and ability to navigate a cross-functional environment to earn trust and get work done through others.* High comfort level with current marketing measurement practices and attribution methods.* Basic SQL knowledge or ability to manipulate pre-built SQL queries.Previous experience working with Amazon merchandising toolset (Symphony, Rodeo, Sonar, etc.)Experience in site and on-device merchandising.Experience in process improvement.Experience working with creative agencies to build quality assets.The pay range for this position in Colorado is $80,600 - 141,100 (yr); however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
