We’re seeking a paid media rockstar with experience driving acquisition programs to attract more people to join the Trailblazer Ecosystem. Manage day-to-day campaign activity for the Trailblazer Ecosystem and continuously identify opportunities for growth and expansion
Manage, optimize, and grow the existing paid media accounts while meeting KPI goals
Manage the asset development process working with internal creative teams and agency partners
Own tracking, measurement, and reporting of paid search performance KPIs
Communicate campaign results & key insights to the broader team
Assist with the marketing attribution process and documentation
Provide thought leadership and a fun perspective for creative ways to attract and inspire Trailblazers all over the world
We’re excited about you because you...
Have demonstrable experience with various marketing channels, especially SEM and including Paid Social and Display
Have strong data analytics skills (pivot tables, vlookups, data mashups), experience with Tableau is a plus
Have experience running ad creative tests and landing page experiments
Have excellent writing and editing skills with great attention to detail
Are a self-motivated team player with strong communication skills who always puts the customer first
Can stay focused on longer-term goals while executing day-to-day tactics, especially in a fast-paced environment
Are an experienced cat herder and project manager who isn't fazed by managing the needs of many stakeholders at the same time
Bonus Skills - Experience with Salesforce products, especially Trailhead and Trailblazer Community, and an understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem.
