The Physical Stores team launches and manages Amazon Books, Amazon Pop Ups, and Amazon 4-star locations across the US. We are looking for an outstanding Marketing Asset Project Manager to manage the production process for offline, printed marketing assets (signage and collateral), as they progress from request through development, review, printing, and delivery. This role will report to the Head of Marketing and will work closely with cross functional teams including creative groups, category management, store design, store operations, merchandising, and 3rd party vendors. Specific responsibilities include: Manages information and asset flow for marketing assets from request through design, printing, delivery, and re-ordering Works with stakeholders across the team to determine how best to plan signage in order to meet the needs of marketers, store employees, and customers. Improves efficiencies with print requests/schedules/kits to reduce costs as we scale Manages marketing asset delivery for changeovers, ensuring the right materials are brought into the store at the right time for store set-up Supports program to provide accurate store-specific kits of signage and other materials required for new store openings and changeovers Provides signage inputs for weekly merchandising guides Communicates directly with store teams about marketing asset specific questions (e.g. missing/damaged signs) Updates marketing asset design queue with information required for creative execution, including signage specs, unique identifiers, and due dates Participates in the continuous improvement of marketing communication processes and tools, and documents best practices to maximize efficiency for the marketing team Basic Qualifications BA/BS required 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in marketing operations, production, or project management Related experience working in print production and with a creative team High Proficiency in Excel Excellent written and inter-personal communication skills; ability to work successfully with all levels across Amazon Strong attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves Strong bias for action with ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications Print production/design background Previous physical retail experience a plus Amazon is an Equal Opportunity-Affirmative Action Employer – Minority / Female / Disability / Veteran / Gender Identity / Sexual Orientation
