Join us for an incredible opportunity to be a part of our Food and Beverage Team as our Market Cafe Supervisor . The Market Cafe Supervisor will have an opportunity to support two incredible Market teams, at the Hyatt Regency Seattle and the Hyatt at Olive 8!

Hyatt Regency Seattle’s Market provides a quick, efficient, and delicious dining option for our guests on the go! Whether our guests prefer a hot cup of their favorite coffee with a warm breakfast sandwich in the morning, a delicious sandwich or salad from our Grab and Go selection, or a casual dining option in the evening, the Market has something for everyone!

At theO8 Bagel Shop at the Hyatt at Olive 8, we delight our guests with coffee, lattes with homemade syrups, Seattle’s favorite Blazing Bagels, and bagel sandwiches made in-house.

Our Market Supervisor will report to our Market Manager, assisting with leading this fast pace, casual dining experience. The Market features grab-and-go style food and beverage options, where guests can enjoy their favorite cup of coffee, pastries, and snacks. Guests will also have many options to choose from with our freshly prepared sandwiches, salads, and hot meal offerings.

The Market Supervisor will assist with the training, developing, coaching, and operational needs of the Market team. These duties may also include Market promotions, communications, payroll, inventory, and working closely with the Food & Beverage team of the Hyatt Regency Seattle. The ideal candidate has strong experience in Food & Beverage, team leadership, and a heart for caring for our guests to provide exceptional service.

The starting hourly rate for this position is $26.25. This position also has an established rate for colleagues who remain in the position for four years, which is $26.78.

• Full-Time Colleagues:

Qualifications:

• True desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment

• Previous restaurant experience or previous customer service experience preferred

• Previous leadership experience preferred
