WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO: Lead and advise clients on the strategy, selection, planning, implementation (design, configuration, testing, etc.), pilot readiness, pilot execution, and deployment of back of house restaurant technologies (Inventory, Purchasing, Labor Management, Recipe, Culinary, Kitchen Management, Forecasting, Reporting & Analytics, etc.) Lead and facilitate working sessions and meetings, including requirements gathering, process design, conference room pilots, Steering Committees, and deployment planning Help grow and shape our Digital & Tech Modernization practice and our restaurant technology transformation offering by contributing thought leadership and experience to its products and capabilities Drive business development by strengthening existing client relationships, attending and presenting at industry conferences, and identifying and engaging with new, untapped clients Contribute to the firm's growth and reputation by helping to develop and lead other Point B Associates Guide and mentor Point B associates on client engagements WHAT WE OFFER: The opportunity to serve in a key leadership role and help build an emerging practice area within Point B The support of a well-established consulting firm and access to a broad network of experienced people The ability to chartyour career path based on expertise and passions An environment that encourages you to identify new opportunities and supports you in reaching your goals The chance to have a balanced lifestyle by working with local or national clients in a flexible consulting model The opportunity to further enable fun and collaborative culture with teams that are as passionate about their communities as they are about their clients A comprehensive, flexible Total Rewards program that supports and recognizes each individual's unique needs and contributions to the firm Opportunity to travel nationally and to align yourself to one of our existing geographic markets for culture and community WHAT WE EXPECT YOU'VE ALREADY DONE: Earned a B.A. or B.S. degree 10+ years of experience in Digital Transformation and Enterprise Application modernization strategy and execution 2-4 years management consulting experience 2-4 years of multi-unit back of house restaurant technology experience Prefer candidates who have operational experience in multi-unit restaurants or have worked for a restaurant brand Hands-on experience in restaurant technology transformation advisory, and program/delivery leadership Experience and subject matter expertise related to Enterprise Application Cloud infrastructure (IaaS, PaaS)and SaaS solution (enterprise back of house and kitchen management solutions)planning, selection, & implementation Developed holistic strategies (people, process, technology) for client Enterprise-wide back of house initiatives Built and cultivated business relationships and contributed to the growth of a practice area Demonstrated an ability to serve and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership teams Provided
