Their leadership will deliver alignment and drive coordination between multiple teams and their related sets of services, ultimately to enable making it easier for customers and vendors to do business with Amazon. A strong candidate will have experience with dealing with ambiguity, managing multiple programs with varying timelines, decoupling dependencies between teams, and working proactively with leadership for awareness and escalations. Finally, they will be leaders on the team, and will raise the bar for the organization by mentoring TPMs within specific engineering teams, and setting a high bar for TPM best practices throughout the organization.* A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or similar major* 5+ years of experience in a technical program manager role* Hands-on experience leading and coordinating delivery among distributed teams* Fundamentals in program management, problem solving, and schedule dependency analysisAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
