As part of a small, passionate, and accomplished team of experts, you will be responsible for leading the supplier onboarding team and creating processes, standardization and roadmap to automation as we transition from Coupa and Jules into Costpoint and Exostar. This role will be responsible for the strategic initiative to revamp the supplier onboarding process that will improve our supplier evaluation and approval process, and drive towards automated solutions with a focus on moving to a push system vs current pull activities for ECF/MNDA and Supplier Onboarding documentation. This includes creation of policies and requirements that will enable Blue to quickly vet and approve suppliers with the goals of increasing efficiencies and onboarding suppliers that will support Blue's business objectives. Additional responsibilities include: Identification/Creation of automated solutions Continuous Improvement Management of Supply Chain Associates (SCA) - currently team of 5 employees Creation and management of KPIs across all activities. Active partnership development with Accounts Payable, Supply Chain Legal, Trade Compliance and Procurement. Qualifications: Bachelors degree with at least 8 years of experience, Masters degree with 6 years of experience in Business Administration/Management, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Engineering or related industry experience Highly organized leader with excellent technical written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated track record of resourcefulness, strong business and technical judgement and bias for action from their previous assignments. Successful experience in hiring and developing great people with diverse skill sets and demonstrated ability to motivate and organize effective teams and resolve conflicts. Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. Demonstrated experience in analyzing information and data, independently identifying relevant factors, formulating conclusions and recommending opportunities. Adept at working with different systems and making recommendations on improvements for both systems and processes Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion Compensation range for on site WA applicants is $116,010-$162,414 Other site ranges may differ Inclusivity Statement Don't meet all desired requirements?
