Manage interpreters and translators in a manner that meets continuous quality improvement, customer service, financial, and delivery requirements that support the mission of Seattle Children's. Ensure optimal delivery of interpreter and translated services to patients, families and staff. Direct reports include interpreters and translators and contracted translators/agencies.

Required Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in health services, business administration or related field

  • Minimum three (3) years management experience with culturally diverse groups of staff

Required Credentials:

  • N/A

Preferred:

  • Current or formerly certified as an interpreter

  • Bi-lingual, preferably in Spanish

  • Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting

This position is 100% onsite at the hospital's main campus, 4800 Sand Point Way NE
