Manager, Delivering Deal Value (Multiple Positions), PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC, Seattle, WA. Assist clients achieve maximum value on their deal transactions by solving transformational and complex challenges through operational aspects of a transaction, pre and post completion. Conduct pre deal and confirmatory due diligence, execute large scale enterprise-wide integrations, and support complex divestitures and separations on a wide range of functional areas. Help clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Supervise and coach professional teams.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

[MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS]{.underline}[:]{.underline}
Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.
In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience.
Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:
- Experience with Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures including pre-deal operations and information technology due diligence, integration planning, separation planning, synergy and cost savings analysis, and/or post-close transformation, with knowledge of one or more of the following functional areas: Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance, Operations/Supply Chain, and/or Sales and Marketing;
- Conducting resource requirements, project workflow, budgets and status updates;
- Utilizing data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI and/or Qlikview as well as the Microsoft suite of applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and/or Project; and
- Conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses of complex data.
80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.
Travel requirement(s): Domestic and/or international travel up to 80% is required.
