And we're growing! The Role Our Travel & Hospitality consulting practice is looking for a Manager Consulting to join our journey. We're looking for someone who has demonstrated expertise in working with hotel clients to transform and grow their customer facing operations, owner and stakeholder profitability, and internal operations and systems. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for building client relationships, supporting the growth and development our practice and consulting colleagues, and business development. Our team works with clients across the full spectrum of the Travel & Hospitality sector - including Airlines, Hotels, Restaurants, OTAs, and Travel Services providers - to help develop functional strategies and build new capabilities that elevate performance in customer and employee experience, operational efficiency and effectiveness, and ways to leverage emerging technologies. We're looking for Consulting Managers who can deliver within Cognizant's Five Pillars of Consulting Excellence, which are: 1) Project Execution, 2) Expertise, 3) Business Development, 4) Practice Development, & 5) People Development. At the Manager Consulting Title (Senior Manager Level), this means overseeing advisory consulting engagements, being a trusted advisor to clients, establishing oneself as a thought leader in your field, solving complex problems, consultatively working with a client to achieve business goals, driving contributions to offerings and innovations, and serving as a people leader, guiding multiple teams as they work to transform a client and the world.
