Seattle Children’s Hospital Manager, Complex Care Program in Seattle, Washington

ResponsibilitiesWorking collaboratively with the program's clinical and operational leaders, manage and coordinate the delivery of outpatient behavioral health services at Children's as part of the Complex Care Program. Facilitate coordinated program operations through collaboration between Psychiatry programs, including Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine Unit (PBMU), Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), and routine outpatient specialty service lines.#LI-JS2Job Posting AddendumThe Complex Care Program is an interdisciplinary outpatient service including case management, individual and family therapy, and psychiatric care designed to support children, adolescents, and their families who need a high level of mental health care services with the goal of helping them remain at home rather than in a hospital. Strong candidates would have a background in navigating mental health systems, and experience managing people and/or programs.RequirementsRequired Education/Experience: - Master's degree in counseling, social work, or mental health related field - Minimum of five years post master's experience working in a mental health, or health care setting. Required Credentials: This job requires 1 of 4 licenses: - Washington State Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) - Washington State Licensed Advanced Social Worker (LASW) - Washington State Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) - Washington State Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC) Preferred: -Formal or informal leadership experienceAbout UsHope.
