Come teach us a few things, and we'll teach you a few things as we navigate the most customer-centric company on Earth.Key Responsibilities:* Partner with Talent Acquisition (TA) field leaders on capacity planning mechanism. This includes creation of a workflow to keep TA teams optimally staffed and balancing costs of overstaffing with the risk of not having enough capacity* Partner with Data Science specialists on enhancing/updating the planning models to help make operational vs. strategic capacity decisions thus reducing the load on line teams to do the math* Leverage the capacity planning mechanism for planning and reporting* Create deep dives and insightful reporting into headcount costs across various TA functions* Lead cross functional efforts to optimize and automate planning process* Bachelor's Degree* 5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology* Experience with end to end product delivery* Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product* Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition* BS/BA degree in engineering, computer science, or related field* 5+ years of experience in product or program management or technology developmentAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
