Job Description

Welcome job seekers! Our team is looking to add a few maintenance technicians to our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out necessary repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work for a variety of apartment buildings in Seattle, WA. This is a full time, long term position.

The main expectations are to ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for all occupants. Maintain and repair building equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition. Be available for emergency repairs or issues that may arise outside of normal working hours. Coordinate with external vendors for specialized maintenance tasks and ensure their work meets the building’s standards. Keep detailed logs of all maintenance and repair work for future reference and budgeting purposes. Implement preventive maintenance measures to avoid potential issues and ensure the longevity of the building’s systems and structures. Work closely with the building management team to prioritize maintenance tasks and projects. Stay updated with the latest best practices in building maintenance and apply them as necessary.
