Job Title: Field Maintenance Technician

Work Environment

100% travel required. You will visit different customer sites weekly to work on machines.

Job Description

We are looking to build a skilled maintenance team in the DFW area. As a Maintenance Technician, you will diagnose, repair, install, and perform preventive maintenance of multi-axis CNC equipment at customer sites throughout North America. Your responsibilities will include performing machine and software upgrades, training customers on the proper use and maintenance of the equipment, and handling 480VAC safely. You will also be able to interpret mechanical layout drawings, electrical schematics, and bills of materials, complete required paperwork on time, and achieve/maintain customer satisfaction ratings as established by the Service Manager. Additionally, you will provide technical telephone support and conduct final product testing in-house as needed, all while conforming to OSHA’s safety guidelines and proper lockout/tagout procedures.

Hard Skills

• Diagnose, repair, install, and perform preventive maintenance of multi-axis CNC equipment

• Perform machine and software upgrades

• Handle 480VAC safely

• Interpret mechanical layout drawings, electrical schematics, and bills of materials

• Complete required paperwork on time (service reports, discrepancy reports, expense reports)
