The Big Picture - Top Skills You Should Possess: Sales and use tax preparation and filing Bank reconciliations Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Word and Excel What You'll Be Doing: Manage incoming, outgoing, 3rd party vendor mail and printing processes Maintaining incoming and outgoing mail log Resolving mailing address issues Ensuring timely completion of tasks using effective time management strategies, and staying organized Work collaboratively with all staff members and management Review and resolve bank reconciliations exceptions Provide Treasury team with payment information to match bank transactions to Non-Sufficient Funds liabilities Conduct root cause analysis within your assigned body of work and identify potential preventative actions with minimal assistance. Work in a fast-paced environment Be detail-oriented and handle multiple priorities/issues effectively Communicate clearly and professionally in written, verbal, and electronic formats Possess strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills Work independently while being a team player Prioritize and multitask to meet strict filing deadlines Learn and adapt to different software applications and tools Be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel What You Need to Bring to the Table: Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) or equivalent career experience 2+ years of experience in sales and use tax preparation and filing Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently yet still function as a team player Ability to prioritize and multi-task to meet strict filing deadlines Ability to learn and adapt to different software applications and tools Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Word and Excel.
