Description POSITION SUMMARY: The M365 Support Analyst will play a key role in supporting the cloud initiative by GCS. This role involves assisting business units in migrating their content to the cloud and adopting cloud-based solutions. The analyst will be responsible for demonstrating cloud solutions, answer technical solutions and communicating project updates ensuring a smooth transition from on-premises to cloud-based systems. RESPONSIBILITIES: Demonstrate how cloud-based solutions meet practice storage needs. Understand and provide support for cloud-based solutions, answering technical questions as needed. Collaborate with team members using an agile approach to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), working in two-week sprints. Utilize Azure DevOps for planning and documentation. Communicate with practice leads to ensure project tasks are completed on time. Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing effective solutions to meet business needs. Work outside Pacific Time Zone business hours to communicate with practices in multiple geographic locations. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Software Development, or a related field, or equivalent strong work experience. Understand the technical challenges of migrating on-premises infrastructure to cloud resources. Proficiency with the M365 ecosystem, including SharePoint Designer, Microsoft Flow, Microsoft PowerApps, Planner, MS Project, Team Site setup and configuration, web parts, and custom workflows. Solid understanding of Microsoft Graph, hub sites, OneDrive, and Stream. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both IT and non-IT partners. LOCATION: This is a remote role. The expected application deadline for this job is July 26th, 2024. COMPENSATION: The hourly range is $65 to $75, depending on a combination of factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, location, etc. This is a fulltime, non-exempt overtime eligible role; overtime eligible after 40 hours of work. This is a temporary position with an expectation to last less than 12 months based on the assignment.
