What You Will Do Receive incoming Ecolab Verified Delivery (EVD) Safety Support Center Calls from Ecolab and 3rd party carrier partner personnel. Review the delivery assignment and approve or disapprove the delivery based on the shipping and tank data. Guiding callers through troubleshooting and navigating the EVD app Keeping records of all conversations in a call database Generate Delivery Action Requests (DAR) that document a customer tank setup problem or Bill of Lading data issue. The appropriate Ecolab Account Manager/Rep will assist with resolving the issue that may include: the tank fill line, tank capacity, containment basin, product name labels, lock, customer contact's name, phone, & email, trailer requirements, hose length, or the Bill of Lading Instructions. Receive Chemtrec Alerts involving Less Than Truckload and Truckload carrier damage packages, delivery events, and other chemical accidents in transit or at customer locations. If needed, coordination of remediation work and waste disposal is required. Generate EVD delivery compliance data that indicates the number of compliant and non-compliant EVD label scans per carrier. Also, generate manual-EVD delivery compliance indicating the number of completed checklists and pre-delivery calls from each carrier driver. Position Details Remote position, anywhere in the US. Must be able to work from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm in that time-zone (Eastern, Central, and Pacific) Hourly Compensation: $24 / hour Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 1 year of logistics experience Experience with Microsoft Office Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety by prioritizing the well-being of drivers, customers, and the environment at all times, and actively promoting a safety-first culture within the organization. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree SAP experience Bulk liquid transportation industry experience Knowledge of DOT Hazmat & RCRA regulations Strong customer service and administrative skills Excellent interpersonal, communication skills (written and verbal) and problem-solving skills #LI-Remote Annual or Hourly Compensation Range: $24 / hour Anticipated Job Posting End Date: 4/15/2024 Annual or Hourly Compensation Range is based on full-time 40 hours per week.
