Aston Carter Litigation Paralegal in Seattle, Washington

Description:

• As a Paralegal II – Global Supply Chain, Innovation, Commercial, you will provide timely and effective support to sr paralegals, attorneys, and sourcing professionals and will collaborate with other paralegals and members of the Law & Corporate Affairs Department to support the global supply chain, innovation, research and development groups as well as other business functions as assigned.

• In this role, you will participate in projects with medium to high complexity and will be responsible for drafting a variety of commercial documents, including Statements of Work, Professional Services Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, Proof of Concept Agreements, Transportation Services Agreements and Master Purchasing Agreements with supervision from attorneys.

• Poise under pressure and ability to meet strict deadlines

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
