Robert Half is partnering with a fully remote litigation firm searching for a Litigation Legal Assistant / Paralegal experienced in Washington law.

This role is fully remote and is looking to start immediately.

Key Duties:

• Assist with case preparation by preparing legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, wills, contracts, and real estate closing statements.

• Perform legal research to aid decision-making.

• Liaise with clients to schedule meetings, gather case details, and conduct preliminary interviews.

• Maintain organized case files to ensure important documents are easily accessible.

• Assist with the preparation of legal opinions and arguments.

• Manage the day-to-day activities such as answering calls, managing the office calendar and crucial documentation processes.

• Support the team by preparing correspondence and maintaining communication.

  Requirements

• 2+ YOE in Washington litigation, preferably in insurance defense or complex litigation

• Strong organizational, communication skills, and team player

The salary range for this position is $24-30/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
