Robert Half is partnering with a national law firm searching for a Litigation Attorney.

This position is fully remote and an on-going contract, looking to start immediately.

Key Duties:

• Conduct motion practice, trial preparation, and prepare deposition outlines

  Requirements

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in litigation practice, preferably with personal injury or mass tort

• Actively barred and residing in the same state, in good standing

• Strong legal writing skills required

The salary range for this position is $50-70/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
