A boutique law firm in Seattle is seeking an Attorney to work on cases in Landlord Tenant Disputes and Evictions.

The firm offers a generous base salary 90-180k DOE along with annual bonuses, full medical, dental, vision and life coverage, Unlimited PTO, paid court holidays, paid parking and more!

The firm specializes in defending landlords and property managers against suits brought on by tenants in both commercial and residential properties.

This role includes daily court hearings (mostly over ZOOM), document review, answering clients' legal questions and providing guidance all with the support of an experienced partner attorney until you're fully up to speed.

Requirements

Ideal candidates will meet the following criteria:

• Juris Doctor with strong academic credentials

• Washington barred, active and in good standing

• A minimum of 1 year experience as an attorney handling cases in landlord tenant and or evictions
