Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Legal Support II professional in Seattle, Washington. This role is instrumental in the Regulatory Intelligence Safety and Compliance Legal team, requiring the individual to navigate complex product regulations and develop and implement related compliance actions. The selected candidate will be expected to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, and work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support to the North America Regulatory Intelligence Safety and Compliance Legal team

• Navigate and interpret complex product regulations and implement corresponding compliance actions

• Collaborate with legal and business teams to propose and coordinate actions across multiple teams

• Utilize technology to implement processes and policies to actualize proposed actions

• Maintain strong organizational skills and a positive attitude in a professional setting

• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

• Self-motivate to understand operations in a fast-paced environment that is continuously changing

• Exercise great judgment, maintain a sense of humor, and exhibit a desire to learn and be curious

• Handle multiple internal and external escalations

• Research, analyze, and synthesize federal and state regulations

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adjust to changes quickly while meeting deadlines

• Apply strong organizational skills with exceptional follow through and attention to detail. Requirements • Proficiency in Documentation and Operations.

• Demonstrated understanding and experience in Policy and Compliance.

• Strong research skills, including Research Analysis.

• Experience in Project Management.

• Knowledgeable in Regulation, including Local Regulation.

• Strong Decision-Making abilities and Written Communication skills.

• Ability to manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

• Skilled in Synthesizing complex information.

• Knowledge of RISC.

• Excellent Organizational skills.
