A large full-service law firm in downtown Seattle is seeking a Legal Executive Assistant to support one of the firm's partner attorneys.

The salary range is 70-95k DOE with additional bonus earnings, full medical, dental, vision and life insurance, 401k with company match, 15 days PTO, paid court holidays, 2 days work-from-home flexibility on a regular weekly basis and other perks.

The role would support one of the Estate Planning partners with organizational tasks such as calendaring, travel arrangements, updating CLE requirements, entering billable time for the attorney. It will also support the estate planning clients with opening new matters, conflict checks, correspondence, notarizing and witnessing signatures, and proof reading/ formatting documents.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

• 4+ YOE in a relevant executive assistant or legal assistant role

• Prior experience in estate planning, wealth management or investment firms is preferred

• Experience with proactive and complex calendaring management for another party

• Ability to coordinate travel, hotels, rental cars and assist with expense reporting

• Experience proofreading, formatting and revising legal documents

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Superb skills with managing clients
