We are looking for a Legal Assistant to join our team in either our Seattle or Tacoma offices depending on candidate's preference. The selected candidate will be significantly involved in the handling of discovery documents and personal injury cases. This role does not require e-filing, but it does necessitate at least one year of experience in Personal Injury Law.

Responsibilities:

• Handle discovery documents in a precise and timely manner

• Assist with calendaring court dates

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

• Work closely with the team to ensure all legal procedures are followed accurately

• Respond to discovery requests effectively and efficiently

• Ensure accurate and up-to-date records are kept for all cases

• Collaborate with other legal assistants and attorneys to ensure efficient case resolution.
