The Lease Analyst will serve a critical role in interpreting, managing, and reporting on our commercial retail leases for various stakeholders. Come make your mark as an integral part of Bridge33's dynamic, growing team!

Interpret and abstract commercial lease documents (leases, amendments, subleases) and provide strategic guidance on lease terms and requirements.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Asset Managers, Property Managers, and Accountants at each step of the lease process.
Assist with preparing and completing rent variance analysis and rent payment processing to ensure accuracy and lease compliance.
Point of contact for data entry, validation, reporting and management of all leases, including critical lease dates.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing quality control review of work completed by outside party lease abstraction teams.
Design reports utilizing various report tools (Yardi, Excel, Power BI).
Prepare and distribute critical date reports; maintains tickler system for tracking important dates and tasks related leases.
Assist Asset Management, Leasing and Property Management with critical lease information in a timely manner.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Proven experience with retail leases including experience with lease provisions such as co-tenancies, go-dark clauses, prohibited uses, to name just a few.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Yardi, or MRI (or similar real estate software packages)
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong organizational skills
2+ years’ experience in professional level commercial real estate/lease audit

The annual base salary range for this role is $67,000 - $79,000 and the role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
