With 1M hourly associates hired annually and growing in the next 24 months, WFS is performing an historic and unprecedented task to bring new people to work for Amazon Operations.WFS Candidate Services Learning and Development is looking for a Learning Experience Developer to create world-class training for our Candidate Services teams worldwide. In this position, you will be an architect on a training development team responsible for creating and improving training products.You will work on projects that utilize your expertise in learning theory, instructional technologies, and human performance technology to enhance the performance of Amazonians.The solutions you create will enable improved employee experience, shorten lead times to proficiency, and provide performance support at the point of need. This includes developing cutting-edge eLearning training that is scalable globally.Candidates should have experience working autonomously across multiple global locations, expertise in developing and maintaining strong business relationships, collaborating across different fields of expertise, and implementing eLearning project plans. This individual must thrive in a fast-paced environment and develop innovative solutions.Being successful on this team requires the ability to:* Discover and Innovate: partner with business stakeholders to understand program goals and define the learning solution that will make their programs successful* Design and Develop: create performance-focused training content that engages our learners, ensuring content is ready for localization and deployment in international locations* Design and Develop: create outstanding learning tools, performance support aids, practice tests, online tutorials, and other materials to meet identified needs* Design and Develop: create tests, quizzes, and other assessments to ensure learner understanding and performance* Deliver Results: manage your projects amidst ambiguity, competing priorities, and challenging deadlines* Travel may be required up to 10%You must be physically located in Seattle, Nashville, or Phoenix for this role.* BA or BS degree in a relevant field such as instructional design, educational technology, organizational development, etc.* 3+ years of work experience successfully designing and developing interactive learning solutions for global teams.* Knowledge of instructional design methodologies including but not limited to: ADDIE model, eLearning blueprint, design thinking, and interactive learning experiences.* Experience developing self-paced eLearning curriculums, storyboards, job aids, online tutorials, assessments and print-based materials.* Advanced graphic design skills with tools such Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar.* Experience with eLearning authoring tools, such as Storyline/Rise 360, Captivate, Lectora, or similar.* Experience with Learning Management Systems, such as Cornerstone, Thinking Cap, or similar.* Master's degree in related field.* Extensive experience with authoring tools, such as Storyline/Rise 360, Captivate, Lectora, or similar.* Advanced Multimedia development in audio, video, and/or animation (e.g. Audition, Premiere, Vyond).* Intermediate experience in web development (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and/or similar languages) to create web sites, learning portals, and other technical assets.* Experience with emerging tech trends for content creation (e.g. gamification, virtual reality, augmented reality and xAPI).* Industry certifications in instructional design, curriculum development, performance improvement, project management, and content-specific certifications as appropriate (e.g. CPLP, CPT, PMP, etc.)Amazon is committed to a divers
