The Boeing Company’s dynamic Total Rewards team has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Total Rewards Partner , who will be at the forefront of developing and deploying comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies that drive our business forward in Seattle, WA or Hazelwood, MO.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic consultant to Corporate Functions, providing insights and anticipating trends to craft outcome-driven Total Rewards solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to harmonize Job Classification, Pay Practices, and Incentive processes with our Global Compensation philosophy.

  • Analyze market data to ensure pay equity and competitiveness, developing guidelines for compensation positioning

  • Conduct analyses to evaluate pay compression and competitiveness to market

  • Lead Total Rewards initiatives, offering expert consulting on pay structures, job design, and regulatory compliance.

  • Engage with HR and business leaders to advocate for and educate on our Total Rewards strategy, enhancing performance through incentive design.

  • Communicate, educate and train Total Rewards Partners and business partners on Total Rewards matters

  • Provide internal consulting services as a subject matter expert on the Annual Compensation Review, salary offers and job changes

  • Advocate, communicate, educate and train HR and the business on compensation and benefits strategy and processes

  • Consult on incentive design for enhancing performance and collaborate with other HR groups to help educate and train HR and Business leaders on Total Rewards matters

  • Identify requirements, obtain data, perform analysis and create presentations and business cases that identify issues and solutions

  • Review and approve salary management and other pay recommendations to ensure compliance with compensation and benefits policies, market competitiveness and regulatory requirements

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 10+ years of experience within compensation

  • Experience implementing or consulting on Compensation and Benefits strategies

  • Experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery

  • Experience in the development, communication, facilitation, or support of compensation or rewards programs

  • Experience with compensation, classification and salary systems

  • Experience in partnering with business leaders and strategy leaders

  • Experience in leading business unit or site level projects working across management levels and executives

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience ):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • Certified Compensation Profession (CCP), Certified Benefits Professional (CBA) designation, Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP or similar

  • Experience with project management

  • Experience with WorkDay

Typical Education & Experience :

Typically 15 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $134,300 - $194,350
