We’re looking for an amazing Sales Agent Lead Reservation professional to fill this role, which is based in our Seattle office. You’ll be responsible for answering calls and emails, from internal and external customers, routed to the reservations lead line. Being the primary point of contact for problem resolution, ensuring the highest level of service is maintained internally and externally. As volume or absences warrant, act as primary back up for reservation agents.

Responsibilitie s

  • Answer incoming escalated calls as well as Seabourn overflow calls.

  • Act as primary contact for questions related to the emails boxes that are worked by Reservation Sales Agents.

  • Responsible for assisting with standard and incentive group set-up, recall and finalization procedures as well as arranging onboard needs.

  • Assist with gift orders, manifesting and sending late notifications to ships as necessary.

  • Assist with agency transfers on bookings.

  • Assist management, staff and co-workers with problem resolution and policy clarification.

  • Assist management, staff and co-workers with problem resolution and policy clarification.

  • Satisfactorily resolve problems and answer questions from internal staff and external customers.

  • Coach staff in using resources, providing excellent customer service, and sales.

  • Maintain awareness of changing policies and of past and present promotional offers.

  • Serve as primary resource for special projects, including crisis lines.

  • Additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.


  • 3+ years of customer service experience, including two years handling escalated issues preferred

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, specifically the ability to positively interact with individuals at all levels.

  • Computer knowledge must include excel, word and outlook.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Able to maintain confidentiality.

  • Must be able to work independently, under stressful conditions.

  • Base Salary Range: $18.32 to $24.71. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
