Robert Half Lead Motion Designer in Seattle, Washington
Description We are in search of a Lead Motion Designer to join our team based in Seattle, Washington. This role presents an opportunity to contribute to the design team, generating unique concepts that promote brand identity and enhance consumer experiences. This is a long-term contract position within the design industry, where you'll be supporting the development, execution, and evolution of Brand Expression.
Responsibilities:
• Support the design team in creating unique design and promotional concepts that enhance consumer experience and promote brand identity.
• Assist in the development, execution, and evolution of Brand Expression.
• Utilize professional experience gained from a design firm, advertising agency, or marketing department.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to create advertisements that align with corporate identity and boost brand awareness.
• Ensure all design work supports the overall brand and corporate identity.
• Collaboratively work with the team to generate innovative design ideas.
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to come up with new directions for brand enhancement.
• Adhere to all project deadlines, ensuring that design projects are completed in a timely manner.
• Maintain an updated knowledge of the latest trends in the design industry to keep our brand ahead of others.
• Continuously strive to improve design skills and knowledge through continuous learning and growth. Requirements • Proficient in various design tools and software.
• Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing motion design projects.
• Strong understanding of corporate identity and brand awareness strategies.
• Proven ability to create compelling advertisements that align with marketing goals.
• Experience in working closely with a marketing department to ensure design consistency.
• Exceptional creativity and innovation.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong eye for aesthetics and visual details.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and team management skills.
• Ability to accept and respond to feedback effectively.
• Willingness to keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements.
