Lead Behavioral Health Specialist - HAWP is a Licensed Independent Social Worker who under the supervision of the HAWP Medical Director will be responsible to plan, organize and implement social work services for those participants enrolled in the program for all-inclusive care of the elderly (PACE). The Lead Behavioral Health Specialist will oversee all of the social services group and assist in supervision of the associate licensed social workers. Other responsibilities include: social work assessments, treatments, group and individual therapy, counseling, assisting with community resources, developing a plan of care including goals, addressing mental health and dementia needs and ongoing case management. This position works in collaboration with the leadership team to ensure the highest quality service provision to the PACE participants. The Lead Behavioral Health Specialist is a member of the PACE Interdisciplinary Team, pursuant to 42 CFR §§ 460.102(b) and (d), and meets applicable educational and licensure requirements to represent the Master's Level Social Worker role.

Hourly Pay Range: $37.10 - $54.32

Education - Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited school of social work required.

Experience - At least 2 or more years working as a Licensed independent social worker. Supervisory experience and working with elderly population preferred.

Other Requirement(s) - Valid WA State Driver's License and proof of insurance. Must meet Washington State requirements and qualifications as an approved supervisor. Active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker license granted by the Washington State Department of Health without restrictions that has been in good standing for at least 1 year.
