Nancy Fritz Designs, LLC is an established landscape company specializing in design, fine gardening, planting, hardscape installation, lawn care; the list goes on! We are looking for an experienced horticulturist/landscaper/driver with strong attention to detail.

Position Requirements:
- 3+ years of horticultural experience in a professional setting
- Identifies as hardworking, a self-starter, and capable of working independently
- Possesses strong ornamental and PNW weed identification skills
- Irrigation - working knowledge and experience
- Sees the big picture when it comes to landscape work and knows how to prioritize tasks
- Can complete physical labor including bending, lifting, digging, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
- Is willing to work a flexible schedule with some longer hours during peak season, May-August
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- MUST be willing to drive / learn to drive company trucks
- Has reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Open to opportunities to grow, learn, and build
- Must speak English, Bilingual a plus!

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35-40 per week

Experience:
- Landscape maintenance: 3 years (Required)
- Horticulture: 3 years (Required)
- Driving large vehicles (Izusu NPR cabover, dumper, large trucks)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
- WA Pesticide License a plus
