Adecco Healthcare & Lifesciences is currently looking to hire a skilled Laboratory Technician for their client in Seattle,WA location .

Shift -8am to 5pm (M-F)

Pay -22.78/HR

As a Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for various kitchen and bench-top tasks related to product development, sample preparation, powder mixology, product tastings, and stock management. You will work closely with other technicians, specialists, product developers, and project managers to carry out trials and tests in the innovation and renovation of Coffee and Coffee-based beverages.

Responsibilities:

Perform kitchen and bench-top tasks related to product development in the field of Coffee and Coffee-based beverages.

Prepare samples and conduct powder mixology for product tastings and evaluations.

Assist in the preparation and execution of product tastings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols.

Manage stock inventory and ensure proper storage and organization of materials and ingredients.

Collaborate with other technicians, specialists, product developers, and project managers to carry out trials and tests in the innovation and renovation of Coffee and Coffee-based beverages.

Follow up on trial/test results, consolidate data, and provide accurate documentation.

Take responsibility for safety, health, and environmental practices within your designated work area.

Provide operational support for projects, including the preparation of samples and participation in tasting sessions.

Ensure proper material and recipe management, including accurate documentation of test results.

Requirements:

2-3 years of laboratory experience.

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field a plus.

Proven experience in a laboratory or product development setting, preferably in the field of Coffee and Coffee-based beverages.

Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, sample preparation, and product evaluation.

Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks and documenting results.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Knowledge of safety, health, and environmental practices in a laboratory setting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis software.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $22.78 per hour
