The Boeing Company’s Corporate Labor Relations organization is looking for a Labor Relations Specialist to join our dynamic Washington team in Auburn, Everett, Renton or Seattle.

We are seeking a candidate with diverse experience in employee engagement, positive employee relations, labor relations, change management and lean principles. The selected individual will proactively identify issues, generate ideas and develop solutions.

Our team is open to a broad range of experience levels including Experienced and Senior Level Specialists to find the best fit for this position.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop and administer the collective bargaining, engagement and containment processes

  • Provide operational advice, counsel and interpretation to management, Human Resources (HR) and employees on a broad range of employee relations issues

  • Participate in Employee Relations' strategies and processes and prepare recommendations to senior leadership

  • Analyze and resolve operational issues

  • Provide education on Employee Relations' strategies and processes

  • Participate in union contract negotiations

  • Develop, administer and analyze results from employee engagement tools to develop engagement strategy and recommendations

  • Able to travel up to 30% of the time

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience communicating effectively with multiple levels of an organization

  • 1+ years of experience in HR or Employee Relations

  • Experience identifying and mitigating risks to a direct relationship between leaders and employees

  • Willing and capable to travel up to 30% of the time

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 3+ years of experience with HR Labor and/or Employment related laws, policies and procedures, in particular the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA)

Typical Education & Experience:

Experienced (Level 3)

Typically 6 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Senior (Level 4)

Typically 10 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range for Experienced Level: $86,700 - $117,300

Summary pay range for Senior Level: $104,550 - $141,450
