Interviews can be conducted using a laptop or desktop computer with a webcam, tablet or smartphone.

  • Find a quiet, private, well-lit space, free from possible interruptions.

  • Position yourself so that you have a neutral background that’s free from distractions.

  • Test your internet connection to be sure you have a good connection.

  • Remember it’s an interview, so dress appropriately.

  • Place your phone on do not disturb.

  • Serve as a point of contact within the IT Operations to provide technical support to end users

  • Field Technician experience

  • Able to travel up to 50%

  • Help users on a day-to-day basis with IT related issues

  • Repair and troubleshoot PCs

  • Troubleshoot software and network issues

  • Troubleshoot basic Active Directory / Windows Domain issues

  • Perform proactive maintenance in PCs and Printers

  • Configure and install PCs, Printers and Scanners

  • Perform first level problem determination and resolution

  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate team members

  • Monitor and follow up outstanding issues and update users of current status

  • Assist with special projects as needed

  • Consistently meet or exceed requirements / performance criteria

  • Computer repair and troubleshooting

  • Cisco and Networking experience

  • Basic Microsoft Windows / Microsoft Office environment

  • Experience with Tracking Software in order to open/close IT tickets

  • Excellent attitude and interpersonal skills

  • Communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of personnel

  • Detail and Customer service oriented

  • Problem-solving skills to resolve issues

  • Must be willing to work outside normal business hours as needed

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred

  • Must have strong Microsoft Windows 10 hands-on experience

  • Citrix experience a plus

  • Experience with IT ticketing platforms

  • Detail and customer service oriented

  • Must demonstrate good problem-solving skills

  • Must be willing to work outside normal business hours as needed

  • Excellent attitude and interpersonal skills

  • English fluency is a must

  • Must be willing to travel
