We can't do it without you.iSeries Programmer Analyst will be joining our Digital Solutions team and will be responsible for providing support for complex issues within our SilverLake and CIF 20/20 platforms using a case management system. In this role, you will be primarily focused on customer support by utilizing your coding experience to fix base code, correct programming errors, bug fixes, and troubleshooting.Jack Henry offers a great working culture, competitive benefits package, and great career advancement. Our team provides technical support for our SilverLake and CIF 20/20 core customers using the NetTeller and Banno digital banking product for both in-house and outsourced customers. This team is also responsible for developing and unit testing as well as other requests by bank institutions.This position will be filled to work at the following Jack Henry office locations: Monett, MO, Springfield, MO, Allen, TX, Cedar Falls, IA, or Remotely within the U.S.What you'll be responsible for: Keep customers informed of all enhancements, troubleshooting, and fixes; may assist the customer in determining if and how system enhancements may improve process flow and business function. Provide programming support for various interfaces.Troubleshoot and debug existing code.Develop programming code for new and/or existing software enhancements. Unit test and review programming to discover any errors and confirm that the programs meet required specifications. Utilize conversion and software implementation plans; implement newly created code and fixes into existing software.Collaborate with other departments, customers, IT personnel, and 3rd party technology partners. May perform other job duties as assigned. What you'll need to have:Minimum of 18 month of professional or educational programming or IBM iOS experience.Experience with one or a combination of the following programming languages: RPG III, RPG IV/ILE, RPG Free, or CL.Ability to work 6pm - 2am CST shift Monday through Friday.Ability to participate in on-call rotations.Ability to travel up to 5% to attend JHA meetings, trainings, and/or professional conferences.What would be nice for you to have: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or Programming.Experience in Core support or development.If you got this far, we hope you're feeling excited about this opportunity.
